€0.10 rarely changes a purchasing decision.
At scale, it can change a P&L.

Urbanélis helps hotels uncover savings hidden inside high-volume recurring purchasing. We independently challenge unit costs, specifications and sourcing structures to identify measurable savings—without compromising quality, standards or the guest experience.

WHY SAVINGS BECOME INVISIBLE

Every recurring purchase creates a cost assumption.

  • Hotels purchase thousands of recurring products every year.
  • Over time, suppliers become familiar.
  • Specifications remain unchanged.
  • Unit costs become accepted.

Not because procurement isn’t effective.
Because keeping a hotel running leaves little time to question every recurring purchasing decision.

That’s where Urbanélis comes in.

We don’t replace procurement.

We provide an independent cost-engineering perspective designed to challenge embedded cost assumptions before they become embedded costs.

The most expensive costs are often the ones nobody questions anymore.
WHAT WE DO

Cost engineering built for hospitality.

We analyse high-volume recurring purchasing categories where small improvements in unit cost, specifications and sourcing structure create measurable annual savings.

Unit Costs

Are today’s prices still justified?

Specifications

Are you paying for features that create little operational value?

Supplier Structures

Does your sourcing model still represent the best commercial option?

Volumes

Are purchasing volumes creating opportunities that haven’t yet been leveraged?

Category Economics

What is the true annual impact of small unit-cost differences?

Implementation

How do we realise savings without disrupting operations?

START WITH THREE.
  • Three recurring SKUs.
  • One high-volume category.
  • No initial fee.

Because every recurring purchase deserves to be questioned.

Share three recurring, high-volume items from a selected purchasing category.

Urbanélis analyses the unit costs, specifications, volumes and sourcing structure at no initial cost.

If we identify a validated savings opportunity, we show you the numbers.

We only earn when savings are realised.

You save. We share in the value created. Then we repeat.

FOUNDER-LED

The experience
behind Urbanélis

Nearly two decades of international sourcing,
supplier negotiation and operational cost engineering.

Urbanélis is built on nearly twenty years of international sourcing, supplier negotiation and operational cost engineering across complex purchasing environments.

Throughout my career, I have worked with manufacturers, suppliers and procurement teams across North America, Europe and Asia, negotiating costs, analysing specifications and redesigning sourcing strategies to improve commercial performance.

Those experiences revealed a consistent pattern.

The greatest savings rarely come from dramatic changes.
They come from questioning recurring purchasing decisions that gradually become accepted over time.

That observation became the foundation of Urbanélis.
